Perfect for brining turkey, chicken or pork chops.
For a 12-14lb turkey add the seasoning to 2 gallons of water and bring to boil. Remove from heat and allow to completely cool before adding the turkey. The turkey should sit in the brine in your refrigerator or cooler. After the allotted soaking time, discard the brine, rinse the meat with cool water and then pat dry with paper towels. Let it come up to room temperature and then prepare as you normally would.
Suggested brining time as follows:
Turkey: 8-24 hours
Chicken: 4 hours
Pork Chops: 2 hours
