Return Policy

A satisfied customer is our desire and priority at the Nashville Spice Company.  We strongly believe in the quality of our products, and we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. 

 

Food Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of any food items due to health and safety concerns. We will do our best to provide a refund and/or replacement for damaged or incorrect items.  Once you receive your order, requests for refunds or replacements must be placed within 48 hours. We ask that you do not immediately discard any of the product or packaging, as we may require the items be returned to us for inspection.  Original receipt/proof of purchase is required.  There will be zero refunds or replacements for products after 30 days.

Non-Food Items:

We will accept returns and exchanges of new and unused non-food merchandise (ex. kitchenware, cookbooks, napkins, etc.) within 30 days of the original purchase.

Packaging must be in resalable condition, the original manufacturer’s seal must be intact if applicable, and the original receipt/proof of purchase is required. If the product shows any evidence of prior use/alteration, we may refuse to accept the return/exchange. Return/exchange shipping for non-food merchandise will be paid by the customer.

Defective/damaged non-food merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of original purchase. The original receipt/proof of purchase is required.  Nashville Spice will be responsible for shipping in case of seller error.
