Thai Sweet Chili Seasoning

Thai Sweet Chili Seasoning blends the flavor aesthetics of Thai dipping sauces, with the versatility of an easy-to-use seasoning blend. 

This sweet-forward seasoning blend opens with the welcoming, sweet/tart contrast of coconut sugar against lemongrass, shored up by the salty funk of tamari soy sauce powder and the playful, lemony burn from ginger. Heat from the Thai bird chile powder drives in to dominate the middle ground of this seasoning blend, until the comforting essence of cinnamon and galangal’s stalwart earthiness emerge to create an amiable finish.

Uses:  Rub over chicken wings, sprinkled over popcorn, mixed with liquid as a dipping sauce, toss on grilled shrimp or cod.

Ingredients:  Coconut sugar, sea salt, garlic, soy sauce powder (tamari Soy Sauce (soybeans, salt, sugar) and Non-GMO Maltodextrin), cinnamon, lime leaves, ginger, thai bird chile powder, galangal, and lemongrass.
