Texas Chicken Rub

This rub isn't just for grilling, it can also be used in a BBQ smoker, with a rotisserie or for baking in the oven.  To use as a rub use 1 tablespoon per pound of meat. Sprinkle on the meat and then rub the spice blend into the meat with your hands. Be sure to evenly coat both sides.

Use for:  Grilled and roasted meats, chicken, vegetables, rotisserie, BBQ sauce.

Ingredients:  Sea salt, paprika, garlic, mustard, black pepper, and bay leaves.
