Sumac Ground

Deeply rich and colorful, Sumac has a tart, berry flavor. At home in salad dressing, rice pilaf and vegetable casseroles. It can also add a sweet taste to chicken, seafood and meat. As well as any rice or grain dish.

Ingredients:  Ground sumac berries, salt.
