Spiced Bergamot Summer Toddy Pkg

History: Toddies are named for the toddy drink in India, created from a drink of the toddy palm, then carried to Scotland by the East India Company as a hot whiskey drink of water, honey, herbs, and spices. Oliver Pluff's Summer Toddies bring those spices to cool and refresh you on the warmest days!

Size/Type: 1.5 oz Spices - Brews up to 1 Gallon

Ingredients:  Cinnamon Sticks, Black Tea, Ginger, Lemon Peel, Cloves, Bergamot

Shelf Life: 3 Years

For 4 servings: Boil 4 cups of water. Add 1 tablespoon of spice blend and cinnamon sticks (to taste) to muslin bag. Steep 8-10 minutes then remove spice bag. Add honey to taste.   Refrigerate overnight or add ice to cool. Pour in tumblers filled with ice, stir in 2 oz of Rye Whiskey to each glass add a splash of Orange Bitters. Garnish with Orange.
