Sausalito Bay Seasoning

Inspired by the flavors of the bay city of Sausalito in Northern California.  This rich herbal blend brings out the flavor of all types of seafood.  Perfect on white fish, salmon, and shrimp.  But equally good on chicken, pork, and vegetables. Try it on omelets and in soups, chowders, and stews.  Great when added to cream-based sauces or sprinkle on pasta for an added punch of flavor.

Ingredients:  Salt Free; Shallots, granulated onion, green peppercorns, dill, tarragon, basil, parsley, chervil, chives, summer savory, bay leaves.
