Pork Stank

Note:  This was our Pork Boss.  Same recipe different name.

Whether cooked low and slow, or on the grill, this rich and flavorful blend was made for pork. It can be used both as a dry rub or as an injection marinade when combined with your favorite liquid like olive oil or even apple juice.
