Earthy, mellow, and sweet. It’s got gentle depth and mild touches of pepper and raisin. A lighter Paprika, used primarily for garnish. An excellent addition to cheese dishes and vegetable soups and stews. Hungarian Paprika can be used to add color to food without adding a lot of extra flavor.
