Closely related to Mace, Nutmeg has a piney, slightly sweet flavor, spicy with a hint of clove. Compliments a variety of meats, including chicken, turkey and beef. Also works well with root vegetables like carrots, parsnips, turnips and beets, in addition to potatoes dishes and desserts.
