Mexican Corn On The Cob Seasoning

This blend is sweet and finishes with the smoky fruit flavor from chipotle chiles, for a robust seasoning that is delicious on its own and stands up to grilling or roasting and would also be great on pork or chicken.

For Mexican corn: grill the corn, after cooling a bit slab on some mayonnaise then add cotija cheese, then generously sprinkle with seasoning.
