Similar to Nutmeg, Mace has a mild nutty, sweet flavor with hints of lemon. A great addition to BBQ sauces, stuffing, curries and meatballs. As well as sweeter foods like pumpkin, squash and sweet potatoes. Also adds a similar nutty flavor to pies, cookies and cakes.
