Low Country Boil Seasoning

This seasoning blend was inspired by the popular Low Country Boil that originated in South Carolina. There is no master recipe, as every family has their own version, but it usually does have some delicious, absolutely necessary ingredients like the bright yellow sweet corn your eye is drawn to first.

Hand blended with Sea Salt, yellow mustard, black pepper, allspice, celery, coriander, lemon juice powder, ginger, red pepper flakes, clove, dill seed, thyme, nutmeg, mace, cardamom, white pepper and bay leaves.

Use Low Country Boil Seasoning for the boil, or alternatively, we suggests you use it on popcorn! It’s also amazing on cheesy dishes, such as a macaroni and cheese or stirred into an alfredo sauce. This blend is also great on vegetables, particularly roasted vegetables. Try it with carrots, eggplant, zucchini, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, or on French fries. You could even stir a tablespoon in with 8 ounces of sour cream and make a delicious dip for potato chips. It’s great with soups, stews, and in pasta sauces as well!
