Lemon Peel, Domestic

Traditionally thought of to be a spice for baking. Lemon peel (or zest) has a variety of uses. A truly versatile addition to marinades, sauces, chutneys and dressings. It can also be added to chicken dishes, with vegetables and rice. It’s not just for cookie and cakes anymore.  More potent than fresh lemon zest, so you only need 1/3 of the amount of dried peel.
