Lebanese Seven Spice

Hand blended with black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, allspice, fenugreek and nutmeg.  This rub is at home with chicken, pork, fish and lamb.  Not just for grilling, it can also be used for sautéed dishes or in baking.
