Kickin Chicken Dry Rub

Bold with aromatic garlic and sweet onion, this dry rub goes from rich sweetness, mellow warmth then to the peppery bite of red pepper flakes. Garlic and onion take over the middle ground, with a pop of salt. Finishes with the pleasantly bitter herbaceousness of celery seed.
