Closely related to Paella, Jambalaya was born in the Creole kitchens of New Orleans.  Brown Jambalaya is more smoky and spicy than red.  With its complex earthy flavors, you'll love bringing Creole New Orleans to your kitchen. This is a salt free blend!

Ingredients: Salt Free.  Garlic, onion, cayenne, tomato, white pepper, black pepper, file powder (ground sassafras, ground thyme), yellow mustard, bay leaves and sage.
