A blend of ancho, habanero, onion, amchur (dried mango), garlic, cloves, cumin, coriander, spearmint and cilantro.
This has some brief upfront heat that then turns to a bit of tartness from the dried mango finishing off with an earthy citrusy flavor. If this is your first time trying this rub start with about a 1/2 tablespoon per pound on your chicken working your way up to 1 tablespoon per pound.
