Habanero Mango Rub

A blend of ancho, habanero, onion, mango (mango juice powder, maltodextrin), garlic, cloves, cumin, vinegar (maltodextrin, white distilled vinegar, modified food starch), coriander, mint, cilantro.

This has some brief upfront heat that then turns to a bit of tartness from the dried mango finishing off with an earthy citrusy flavor. If this is your first time trying this rub start with about a 1/2 tablespoon per pound on your chicken working your way up to 1 tablespoon per pound.
