Honey, Granulated

This is actually a blend of pure honey and a little sugar.

This is a good pantry blend to have on had. You can use it in a variety of ways. Get creative with this granulated honey. It balances out heat in dishes so think other blends and rubs where you want to add a bit of sweetness. Also great to use in your hot tea as it gives the tea a sweet flavor without changing the texture. We like to add a little to our chicken and turkey seasonings and rubs.
