Garlic Salt

A popular all-around seasoning salt this simple seasoning blend is a must have for any well stocked spice arsenal. The key is finding just the perfect combination of garlic powder to salt. Our garlic salt is quite potent we hand blend one part California garlic powder to four parts sea salt while you will find most of the commercial brands to be the range of six parts salt to one part garlic.

Try it on roasts, in hamburgers, chili. It works great with hearty foods, so use on pork roast or brisket. Try on starchy vegetables like potatoes, like mashed potatoes, wedges, or hash browns. Mix into a compound butter for your corn on the cob, and if it’s snack time, stir your favorite herbs and a tablespoon of garlic salt into an 8oz container of sour cream for a quick and easy chip dip.
