Blended from cumin, ground coriander, cardamom powder, black pepper, Ceylon cinnamon, ground clove, ground nutmeg and saffron.

This is a general purpose, spicy warm Indian seasoning. A traditional ingredient in Indian dahl, kormas, samosas and tandoori Indian cooks use it primarily to flavor meat and poultry.
