Fajita Seasoning

This Tex Mex inspired blend was made for skirt steak. But its earthy, complex, deep flavor also works great with shrimp, steak and chicken.  Can be used as either a dry rub, or a marinade when added to olive oil and a little vinegar.

Ingredients: Cumin, paprika, cayenne, sea salt, black pepper, garlic, oregano, cardamom, white pepper, coriander, rosemary, marjoram and cinnamon.
