Dukkah

Dukkah is an Egyptian condiment that is a blend of spices, nuts (usually hazelnuts) and herbs. Often thought of as a dipping spice in middle eastern regions. But try this blend for a nutty addition to a variety of dishes.  It even makes a tasty, highly addictive snack!

Ingredients: Hazelnuts, sesame, coriander, cumin, black pepper, sumac, sea salt, nigella seeds, aleppo, and spearmint.
