Deep South Dry Rub

Sweet, with a bit of heat, this southern inspired blend was made for pork, pork ribs or chops. But its complex layers of flavor also work well with chicken, meatier fish and beef.

General rule, use 1 tbsp per pound of meat.

Ingredients:  Paprika, demerara sugar, salt, turbinado sugar, pepper, cumin, cayenne, ancho powder, guajillo powder, garlic, onion.
