Cow Tippin Seasoning

Blended to mimic the best steak houses in the country.  This peppery seasoning blend was made to highlight the flavor of any red meat. Use as a dry rub or make a marinade.  We use a little less of this rub - 1 to 2 teaspoons per pound. Season your steaks when you remove them from the refrigerator and let them warm to room temperature (approximately 30-60 minutes) before cooking. Lightly season them again after cooking and resting.
