Cincinnati Chili Seasoning

Originating in Cincinnati Ohio, Cincinnati Chili is a rich, meaty, and uniquely spiced chili.  While classic chili is typically served alone in a bowl, Cincinnati Chili is served as a topping for spaghetti or hotdogs on a plate.  This flavorful and sweet chili sauce is a way of life in Cincinnati, with an almost cult like following.  

  Cincinnati Chili has a sweeter flavor than chili from other places, thanks to the addition of spices such as cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, cocoa powder and allspice.  Our Cincinnati Chil Seasoning has all the sweet flavors plus warm spices like cumin, cardamom, black pepper, and coriander.  Add to that, garlic, onion, sweet paprika, and a hint of salt, and you have a blend that's as unique as Cincinnati itself.
