Chili Crisp Seasoning

Chili Crisp is flavorful combination of peppers, chilies, garlic, onion, and other intense herbs and spices.  Combined with nutty pieces and a sweet finish, Chili Crisp is a marriage of sweet, spicy and nutty, used to infuse with oil.  Together oil and spices create what's known as chili oil, chili sauce, or chili crunch.  The heat hits first, followed by garlic and shallots.  The finish is nutty, sweet, with a hint of citrus from orange.  

Use Chili Crisp anywhere you want a punch of heat, sweet and flavor.  To make Chili Crisp Oil, uses a 1:1 ratio.  For 2 tablespoons of oil, add to tablespoons of Chili Crisp Seasoning.

Uses:  toss in noodles, add to stir fry, add some spice to rice, or as a garnish for shrimp, fish, wings, chicken, steak, and vegetables.  Even makes a unique topping for ice cream or fruit salads.
