Cassia Cinnamon Sticks

Cassia cinnamon is the most common type of cinnamon sold in North America.  With an essential oil content of approximately 2.5% by weight, the essential oil is the architect behind cassia cinnamon’s distinctive fragrance and flavor.

Cinnamon Sticks are roughly 2.75 inches long and we sell them by weight. Each ounce contains around four or five Cinnamon Sticks per ounce, depending on how large the sticks are.
