Caribbean Spice

Blended from granulated garlic, minced onion, ground allspice, Spanish paprika, brown sugar, thyme, ground cinnamon, black pepper, nutmeg, lemon peel and cayenne pepper.

Great on chicken, fish, ribs and pork chops. Also, at home with root vegetables like sweet potatoes, squash and carrots.  Make your own Caribbean wings. Use it in sauces. A bit sweeter than Jamaican Jerk.
