Buffalo Wing Rub

Has a nice balance of sweet from the brown sugar with some subtle heat from the chile powder, smoked paprika and habanero.  Use 4-6 tablespoons and evenly coat both sides of the wings. Place the wings in bags and refrigerate for 2-4 hours (the longer you refrigerate the more the seasoning will work its way into the meat).

Ingredients:  Brown sugar, granulated garlic, sea salt, onion, paprika, mustard powder, cumin, black pepper, habanero powder, ancho powder, and guajillo powder.
