Brown County BBQ Rub

Sweet and smoky, this layered, and flavor packed rub has rich coffee and smoky salt combined with sugar and sweet molasses.  It finishes with notes of garlic, onion, mustard and some mild serrano heat.

Use For:   Steak, brisket, pork, venison, chicken, salmon.

Ingredients: Paprika, sugar, smoked salt, espresso, black pepper, molasses, serrano, garlic, onion, urfa biber (urfa biber chiles, vegetable (sunflower) oil, salt), brown mustard
