Bronze-drawn Spaghetti with Chilli Pepper

Spaghetti is a traditional long pasta format. This special preparation is characterized by the use of chili powder and dehydrated tomato in the dough. Their particular aroma makes them suitable for both traditional condiments such as tomato sauce, salted ricotta and basil, and for bolder combinations such as anchovies, capers and breadcrumbs.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, chili powder (2%), dehydrated tomato (2%), water. It contains gluten. It may contain traces of soy, mustard, molluscs and shellfish products.
