Bronze-drawn Linguine with Red Wine

Linguine is a long pasta format, widespread throughout Italy. Thanks to the addition of the natural aroma of red wine and dehydrated chard, this special format is characterized by a particular color and aroma. Ideal to be enjoyed with sausage and mushrooms or with garlic, oil and parsley.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, dehydrated chard (2%), natural red wine aroma (0.2%), water. It contains gluten. It may contain traces of soy, mustard, molluscs and shellfish products.

Cooking times: 8/11 minutes.
