Bronze-drawn Linguine with Porcini Mushrooms

Linguine is a long pasta format, widespread throughout Italy. To make this special format, dehydrated porcini mushrooms are used in the dough together with the traditional durum wheat semolina. They are ideal to be enjoyed with cream and Norcia sausage or with a speck and mushroom dressing.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, dehydrated porcini mushrooms (2%), water. It contains gluten. It may contain traces of soy, mustard, molluscs and shellfish products.

Cooking times: 8/11 minutes.
