Bronze-drawn Linguine with Orange

Linguine is a long pasta format, widespread throughout Italy. To make this special format, flavouring and juice of orange and liquid paprika are used. Ideal to be enjoyed with gorgonzola and pistachios or with a dressing of cherry tomatoes and clams.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, orange juice (4.6%), orange flavor (0.5%), liquid paprika (0.2%), water. It contains gluten. It may contain traces of soy, mustard, molluscs and shellfish products.

Cooking times: 8/11 minutes.
