Bronze-drawn Linguine with Lemon

Linguine is a long pasta format, widespread throughout Italy. This particular special format is made thanks to the use of lemon juice and aroma with the addition of turmeric powder. Their particular flavor makes them ideal to be enjoyed with fish-based condiments, such as shrimp and swordfish.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, lemon juice (3%), lemon flavor (0.3%), turmeric powder (0.3%), water. It contains gluten. It may contain traces of soy, mustard, molluscs and shellfish products.

Cooking times: 8/11 minutes.
