Linguine is a long pasta format, widely spread throughout Italy. They are made with carefully selected 100% Italian durum wheat semolina. Ideal to be enjoyed with cream and Norcia sausage or seasoned with speck and mushrooms.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, water. It contains gluten. It may contain traces of soy, mustard, molluscs and shellfish products.
Cooking times: 14/16 minutes.
