Bronze-drawn Garlic and Basil Linguine

Linguine is a long pasta format, widespread throughout Italy. This particular format is made thanks to the use of dehydrated basil and garlic inside the dough. To enjoy them at their best, it is advisable to accompany them with basil pesto or with a speck and cherry tomato dressing.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, dehydrated basil (2%), dehydrated garlic (2%), water. It contains gluten. It may contain traces of soy, mustard, molluscs and shellfish products.

Cooking times: 8/11 minutes.
