Bloody Mary Mix

A deep, umami-sweet tomato base, is pungent and spicy with horseradish and white pepper, with notes of lemon and basil.

Use for:  Cocktails, mocktails, compound butter, dressings, marinades, soups, stews, tapas, tossed with shrimp, chicken, or pork.

For a classic Bloody Mary:  Add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of mix--depending on how spicy you want it.

Ingredients:  Tomato, salt, celery, horseradish, white pepper, organic lemon juice powder (organic lemon juice concentrate, organic lemon oil, and organic rice maltodextrin), and basil.
