Artisanal Tricolor Orecchiette

Orecchiette are a typical format of southern Italy. This special format celebrates Italianness thanks to the use of dehydrated spinach, tomatoes and red beet in the mixture. Ideal to be enjoyed, according to tradition, with turnip greens or with tomato and oregano sauce.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, dehydrated tomato (2%), dehydrated spinach (2%), dehydrated red beet (0.3%), water. It contains gluten.

Cooking times: 15/18 minutes.
