A blend of granulated honey, smoked apple wood sea salt, California paprika, garlic, onion, chipotle powder, black pepper and chipotle flakes. This has a nice sweetness with a balance of hear from the chipotle and black pepper. Use about 1 tablespoon per pound of meat and about half of that for fish. Season 24 hours ahead for the best flavor profile.
