Often described as “campfire in a jar,” our Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt offers a rich, bold, smoky flavor that is at home in both savory dishes and sweet baked goods.  Use it as a dry rub, or addition to sauces and stews.  Works great with salmon as well as beef, chicken, pork or vegetables.  Sprinkle on popcorn or on the rim of a cocktail glass for added smoky flavor.  Put some on brownies, chocolate or cakes to add a new layer to your baking.  Coarse grind.
