Adobo is a seasoning blend with south of the border flair. Deep and earthy with moderate heat and a hint of fruitiness. This blend is both excellent as a rub on chicken or pork or sprinkled over shrimp and kabobs. Can also add flavor to beans, stews and chili meat.
