A nicely balanced blend of sea salt, cumin, fennel, garlic, lime juice powder (Organic Tapioca Maltodextrin, Organic Lime Juice Concentrate, and Organic Lime Oil), black pepper, coriander, oregano, thyme, and rosemary.
This is a great rub for chicken and fish with garlic and peppery fennel and is very aromatic. For chicken use about 1 tablespoon per pound of meat and fish use half of that.
