Semi-Soft Goat Cheese, Jalapeño

Our traditional semi-soft goat cheese is kicked up a notch with just a hint of spice with red & green jalapeños sprinkled throughout. 12-month shelf life

Semi-Soft Goat Cheese, Garlic & Herb

Our smooth garlic and herb Bella Capra variety balances a garlic flavor with a clean herbaceous aroma. 12-month shelf life.

Organic Jack, Baby Bella Wedges

Made with Baby Bella mushrooms, basil, and other herbs, every bite is different. Some bites are sweet, some are savory! This cheese is perfect on a platter or melted onto burgers and sandwiches. 12 month shelf life.  

Pimento Cheese

Our version of this traditional Southern cheese spread features coarsely grated Cabot Cooperative 1 year aged cheddar, slow-roasted red peppers, Tellicherry black pepper, mayonnaise, and just enough cayenne to give it some heat. Pimento Cheese is great on a pretzel or cracker—and even makes a game-changing addition to your macaroni and cheese recipe. For a quick appetizer, serve it with celery sticks—the crispness provides excellent contrast to the robust, richness of the cheese.

Liptauer

This traditional spreadable cheese is often found in taverns throughout Hungary. Its umami-packed favor comes from blending our fresh cream cheese with truly exceptional sweet and hot heirloom paprika from the Hodi family in Hungary. It is then hand-blended with garlic, sea salt, capers, toasted caraway, and a touch of anchovy paste. The result is a beautiful melding of flavors with a kick of hot paprika spice. Fantastic with a slice of rye or pumpernickel and a robust ale.

Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese

Fresh garlic, chives, dill, oregano, rosemary and thyme takes this classic cream cheese to a new level, creating a delightful sandwich spread and exceptional veggie dip. Throw it into cream-based dishes to add all the herbs and lots of flavor at once.

Cervelle de Canut

Winner of 2022 American Cheese Society award! French-inspired fresh goat cheese spread with shallots, chives, pepper and vinegar.

Smoked Cheddar

A cheese that is aged for one year and then smoked for six hours with cold smoke Hickory and Applewood. The cheese has a smokey flavor with added bacon and ham taste, and adds a nice flavor for Macaroni and Cheese or on a burger. Perfect for cranberry sauce pairing too. 

Scallion Onion

This cheese has surely become a fan favorite quickly with its flavorful taste. We love this cheese with everything, especially at breakfast in our eggs or a quiche. You could also enjoy this cheese with a dry red or a sweet wine. 

Red Rider

Red Rider offers something for our customers that want a little more heat in their cheese. A roasted red pepper flake cheddar starts slow with heat as you first taste it then picks up towards the end. Perfect for hot grilled cheese sandwiches and cheese dips! 

Muranda Blue

Muranda Blue is a cow's milk danish style blue cheese in which it is very creamy, smooth, buttery and salty. Perfect for flanks, salads, and stuffed dates or olives. Add it to pizza or dips. It's one of a kind blue cheese!

Farmhouse Parmesan

This Parmesan is an Alpine style Parmesan, in that it’s aged at least 18-24 months and a semi hard to hard cheese. Its nutty, creamy, and sharp taste stays with your palette longer. A cheese that is easy to grate on pasta, shave over a salad or cut a wedge to make an easy snack. 

Aged British Cheddar

A British style cheddar cheese that is aged over one year. A sharp nutty cheddar that pairs nicely with a glass of dry red wine or makes a delicious macaroni and cheese sauce.

Squeaky Fresh Cheese Curds

Our salute to champagne in the sky to those other brothers across the pond. Classic provolone syncs up with our smokehouse to forge an oasis of flavor. Rhapsody Cheese Snack Sticks

Bring it with you to the winery, pack it in your lunch for the office, or take it with you wherever you are!

Fratello - Italian Style Cheese

Brothers don't always get along, but in the case of Asiago and Parmesan, they're a match made in heaven. Fratello is a testament to this brotherly bond, inspired by the flavors of these two hard Italian cheeses, but softer and more meltable––making it a perfect addition to pasta, pizzas, and more.

Bourbon Gouda

Made with real Kentucky Bourbon whiskey and naturally smoked in Barron, Wisconsin, our Bourbon Gouda cheese is a unique and unforgettable Cheese Brothers’ original creation. Adelheid Alpine-Style Cheese

Aprés-cheese! Like a warm chalet, this alpine-style cheese is the smooth, nutty sustenance you crave after developing an appetite on the slopes. Lift Adelheid to its peak melted in fondue or paired with a robust amber ale. Cold smoked to perfection with hickory and applewood at our Barron smokehouse.

15-Year-Aged Cheddar

When you try this 15-year-aged cheddar you should expect rich, intense flavors and a firm, though sometimes crumbly texture, thanks to its extended curing time. Our aged sharp cheddar cheese doesn’t blend in with the crowd. Enjoy all 15 years of the aging process by eating this on its own or with a light pairing of dried fruit or fresh apples.

Tomato Basil Gouda Cheese

Tomato Basil Gouda Cheese is a semi-hard cheese that is celebrated for its rich, unique buttery flavor and smooth texture. An all-natural European Style Gouda made with sundried tomato, basil, onion, garlic. An Italian taste that melts in your mouth! Great in your next Fondue. Try it on cheese trays, hot and cold salads, casseroles, burgers, sandwiches, and as a dessert cheese that complements fruit as well as your favorite wine. 

Tipperary Irish Cheddar Cheese

Tipperary Cheddar, aged over twelve months, has a rich, creamy texture and a delicious, sharp taste. Made from Cow’s Milk. Cut and vac from the block.

Eichtens Swiss Cheese

Aged Swiss Cheese made from Cow’s Milk Cheese and Cut and Vac off the block. Swiss cheese is a generic name in North America for several related varieties of cheese, mainly of North American manufacture, which resemble Emmental cheese, a yellow, medium-hard cheese that originated in the area around Emmental, in Switzerland. Some types of Swiss cheese have a distinctive appearance, as the blocks of the cheese are riddled with holes known as “eyes“. Swiss cheese without eyes is known as “blind”. 

Peppercorn Garlic Gouda Cheese

Peppercorn Garlic Gouda Cheese is a semi-hard cheese that is celebrated for its rich, unique buttery flavor and smooth texture. An all-natural European Style Gouda made with black pepper and garlic seasonings. Great in your next Fondue. Try it on cheese trays, hot and cold salads, casseroles, burgers, sandwiches, and as a dessert cheese that complements fruit as well as your favorite wine.

Havarti Dill Cheese

Semi-soft Danish cow’s milk cheese. It is a table cheese that can be sliced, grilled, or melted. Havarti has a buttery aroma and can be somewhat sharp in the stronger varieties, much like Swiss cheese. The taste is buttery, and from somewhat sweet to very sweet, and it is slightly acidic. It is typically aged about three months, though when the cheese is older it becomes saltier and tastes like hazelnut. When left at room temperature the cheese tends to soften quickly.

Bellavitano Raspberry Ale

The notes of tart red raspberry ale combine with the nutty, creamy flavors of hazelnut and brown-butter to make this delicious cheese. The rind is meant to be eaten and is part of the tasting experience! 

Bellavitano Merlot

By wedding this rich, creamy cheese to the berry and plum notes of Merlot, we’ve created a marriage of flavors destined to make your taste buds say, “I do.” On that note, if you invite a few friends from our pairing guide — say, toasted walnuts, thin slices of prosciutto, and semisweet chocolates for dessert — the honeymoon never has to end.

Meats

Whiskey Salami

This salami is a play on the classic American breakfast sausage. It features maple whiskey and classic American breakfast sausage spices.

Peperone Salami

This salami is a dry cured version of a classic Pepperoni. It features red wine and classic pepperoni flavors.

Calabrese Salami

This salami is our take on a classic spicy soppressata. This salami features Calabrian chiles and white wine. 2018 Good Food Award winner.

Black Pepper Salami

This salami is our version of a classic sweet soppressata. It features black pepper and red wine.

Basque Recipe Salami

This salami is inspired by the Basque region of southern France/northern Spain. It features Chardonnay and Espellete Pepper.
