Makes 6 burgers
2 lbs 80/20 ground chuck
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 hamburger buns
Toppings of choice
Add ground chuck, Worcestershire sauce and Nashville Spice Company Burger Bomb Seasoning to a mixing bowl. Mix to combine, being sure not to over-mix.
Divide the meat into six portions. Make the patties by flattening the portions wider than your buns (they will shrink as they cook!).
Pre-heat your grill to 450ºF, or medium-high. Grill the burgers for 2-3 minutes each side, or until they are your desired temperature. Be sure not to press the burgers, or they'll lose their juices.
Serve with toppings of your choice, and enjoy!
