1 lb white fish (haddock or cod)
1 avocado, sliced
6 flour tortillas
2 C seafood breading
6 oz rainbow salad
1/2 C purple cabbage, sliced
2 Tbs Thai Dressing
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a bowl, combine rainbow salad, cabbage, and dressing. Cover and refrigerate.
Place seafood breading in a bowl and add the Nashville Spice Company Spicy Thai Seasoning and mix well.
Cut fish into bite size pieces and toss with seafood breading making sure all pieces are well coated.
Place fish onto baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
While fish is baking, slice avocado.
After fish is finished baking, remove from oven and place on serving dish.
Serve with tortillas, rainbow salad, avocado slices and salsa, if desired.
