4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp olive oil
2/3 cup water
2/3 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup almond flour
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp Nashville Spice Company Dried Parsley
1 Tbsp Nashville Spice Company Buffalo Wing Rub
1/3 cup hot sauce
1 Cauliflower head, cut into 2 inch florets

Preheat oven to 450ºF.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, and saute garlic for 3-4 minutes, or until soft.

Remove from heat and add to blender with 2/3 cup water. Blend until smooth.
