1 lb salmon filets
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. grainy mustard
1 Tbsp. Cajun Maple Seasoning
1 tsp. maple syrup
Juice of 1 lemon
Pat your salmon filets dry, then season with salt and pepper. In a heavy skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil. Heavily sear salmon filets on both sides, 3-4 minutes each side.
Whisk together your glaze, then brush on salmon. Continue cooking until salmon is cooked through, 8-10 minutes more. Continue brushing glaze on salmon until you've used it all.
