Hand blended in small batches from thyme, rosemary, sage, marjoram and oregano. Use this as a wet rub on chicken by mixing 1 teaspoon of poultry seasoning with 1/4 cup of olive oil. It isn’t just for chicken either as it adds great flavor to turkey, stuffing, ground turkey, veggie burgers, meatloaf, pork chops, pork roast and also in a variety of chicken or vegetable soups, stews and gravies.
